a word from our sponsor...

Me and my dog. I'm
the one on the left! They
say a person gets to
looking like their pet.
What do you think? Scary,
isn't it? We go to the
same hairdresser,
obviously. |
Welcome!
Heres where you get to read
about me! I have been a fan of
U.N.C.L.E. since I first
discovered it back in 1965, being
thirteen years old at the time
and very impressionable. I
immediately fell hopelessly in
love with Illya (as did all my
friends), even going so far as to
learn a little Russian. Da!
I
collected all the ACE novels,
magazines and comics, plus some
of the games, puzzles and toys. I
wrote my first U.N.C.L.E. story
for a junior high creative
writing class, and have played
out many an adventure in the
privacy of my own imagination.
Not until the mid-80s did I
become aware of fandom and write
my first U.N.C.L.E. novella.
Since then, normal life, home and
family have intruded on my time,
and fannish activities have had
to take a back seat. But always,
Illya and Napoleon have lurked in
the fringes of my mind, surfacing
every so often to demand that I
write their stories down.
Having
said this, let me tell you what
you will find in my U.N.C.L.E.
novellas. You will find stories
reminiscent of the TV series,
full of action and espionage,
romance, humor and camaraderie.
My stories are set in the
60s and rated PG.
What
you wont find is
"slash", porn or
graphic violence. Nor will you
find any references to Illya as a
starving waif in Russia. Since he
is obviously well educated, well
versed in the arts, and
psychologically stable, I believe
he probably has a well-to-do
background and is on loan to
U.N.C.L.E. with the blessings of
the Soviet Union. But this is
rarely touched on in the series
and therefore I choose not to
speculate, preferring instead to
offer nothing more than good
stories, true to the show.
I
hope you enjoy this site. Please
feel free to email me with your
comments.
